Passive House Association of Romania was founded by a few enthusiasts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2011. It is made up of architects, engineers, students, or simply people dedicated to a goal: protecting the environment by finding the balance between comfort and expenses.
The association promotes the Passive House Standard in Romania, spreading the principles and ideas of energy-saving buildings and renewable energy sources.
