The International Passive House Association is located at the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany.

Via public transport

 

From the Central Station (Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof), you can take tram 1
(towards Eberstadt), 2 (towards Böllenfalltor) or 5 (towards Kranichstein) as well as bus F (towards Oberwaldhaus) or H (towards Kesselhutweg) two stops until "Rhein-Neckar-Straße". Once at the "Rhein-Neckar-Straße" stop, you will find the Passive House Institute and thus iPHA on your right-hand side.

 

Additionally, from the Frankfurt Airport, you can take the AIR-Liner bus directly to Darmstadt. It departs every 30min from the bus terminal in front of the Terminal 1 Arrivals Hall and you can buy your ticket on board.

 

You may also choose to travel by S-Bahn. Take the S8 or S9 (direction Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, Offenbach or Hanau) to the Frankfurt Central Station (frankfurt Hauptbahnhof), platform 1. At the main station go down to the underground level and catch the S-Bahn service S3/S4 to Darmstadt. Please select tariff zone 40 on the RMV ticket machine for Darmstadt. There is a fast-selection button for single tickets to Darmstadt, marked 'Einzelfahrt nach Darmstadt'.

Via car

 

Coming from the South by car, get off at the Darmstädter Kreuz; coming from the North, get off at the Darmstädter Dreieck. Take the A 672 heading towards Darmstadt, which will eventually lead to Rheinstraße. You will see the Maritim Hotel on your left and three traffic lights later, you will find the Passive House Institute.
