Passive House Association of Romania was founded by a few enthusiasts, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2011. It is made up of architects, engineers, students, or simply people dedicated to a goal: protecting the environment by finding the balance between comfort and expenses.
The association promotes the Passive House Standard in Romania, spreading the principles and ideas of energy saving buildings and renewable energy sources.
