Passive House Canada is the national non-profit professional association advocating for the Passive House high performance building standard. They were founded in 2013 as the Canadian Passive House Institute West, and became Passive House Canada | Maison Passive Canada in 2015 to reflect their national operations. They facilitate adoption of the Passive House standard through their advocacy work, education program and nation-wide events. Passive House Canada became a pre-Affiliate in June 2013 (as CanPHI West) and entered into full Affiliation as of March 2014.
