Description:

 

Passive House Technology Center is a demonstrative project of Passive House in Sino-German Ecopark. The project covers a land area of 4843 m2 and the total building area reaches 13768.6 m2, among which 8187.15 m2 is over-ground, 5581.45 m2 is underground. The Technology Center consists of 5 over ground stories, 1 semi-underground floor and 1 underground floor, capable to handle multiple functions such as research & development, meeting, exhibition, office and part of experience apartments. Greening rate≥30%, FAR≤1.7, building density≤35%.
Passive House Technology Center reaches the standards of German Passive House Institute (PHI) and the Chinese Three-Star-Standard of Green Building, becomes the largest Passive House monomer building certified by German PHI in Asia. According to the operation results, this project saves in average 1,300,000 KWh primary energy, 500,000 RMB operating costs and 664 tons carbon emission every year. It is 92% more energy-saving and economical compared to the Chinese standard for energy-efficient buildings.

Description:

 

Sino-German Ecopark“Green Gongyuan”aims to become a typical demonstrative project of Passive House’s large-scale promotion in China. The project covers a land area of 38,000 m2 and the total building area reaches 70,000 m2, which includes 10 villas, 7 townhouses and 1 community center. FAR≤1.2. This project uses the external thermal insulation system, continuous airtight layer, doors and windows with Passive House standard, household fresh air system with independent intellectual property rights, thermal bridge-free construction, green facade, roof PV panel and other technologies of Passive House and near zero energy building. The heating demand of this project is estimated about 12 kWh/(m²a), cooling and dehumidification demand is 19 kWh/(m²a), primary energy consumption demand is 19 kWh/(m²a). It will reach the standards of German Passive House Institute (PHI) and the Chinese Two-Star-Standard of Green Building.
