Exciting Opportunity for a Career in Sustainable Architecture


LEDA are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant, (or recently qualified with 2 years of working experience post-part 2), to join our team. We are a multi-disciplinary workers’ co-operative of Building Services Engineers, Passive House Designer, and Architects, delivering integrated design solutions in tandem with specialist advice, feasibility strategies and low carbon consultancy.

Skills and Experience




£25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience. Plus 6% Employer Pension Contribution, plus 30 days’ holiday. Part-time is an option. Our pay system is open and transparent, after 6 months you can become a member of the co-operative and share in any surplus profits. Alan Vega Pasos, PhD

Alan Vega Pasos, MSc, PhD, Mexican, based in Southeast Mexico is looking for a position in the energy efficiency sector in Mexico, especially in the field of airtightness testing. In 2020 he completed his PhD in Building Technology at the University of Nottingham in the UK. The topic of his thesis was "Air infiltration modelling based on low-pressure airtightness measurements". He offers experience in airtightness testing with the blower door and also with the Pulse method (low-pressure). He has also used tracer gas methods to perform air infiltration tests.
